Coconut & Lime Biscuits

coconut&lime biscuits 4I just love the flavours of zingy lime and sweet coconut together and these biscuits are quick & easy to make and so tasty.

They store well in a tin for a week, if they stick around that long!

Perfect with a cup of tea or coffee and with fruit in them a great excuse for breakfast!

Mix the icing sugar with the lime juice to get a good drizzling consistency. Then either drizzle from the spoon or use a piping bag to drizzle it over the cookies. Enjoy!
